Meet Hudson Valley livestock farmers, taste locally sourced meats, and learn about preparing underused meat cuts and buying locally via a directory of NY farms that sell meat in bulk, directly to consumers. The meat tasting menu will feature an assortment of cuts from livestock including beef, pork, lamb, goat, emu, and poultry.
